Recurring house cleaning

The same cleaner, every visit.

Most cleaning companies send whoever is free that day. We do not. You get one person who learns your home, and they come back on the schedule you pick. Skip a week whenever you need to.

Right for you if

  • Households that want the same person in their home each time
  • Anyone tired of re-explaining preferences to a new crew
  • Two-income homes where the weekends have better uses

Your price

$169

per visit

15% every-two-weeks discount

The discount comes off the moment you pick a cadence. Nothing here is a contract — skip a visit or stop whenever you need to.

How long it takes

Two to four hours for most homes, depending on size and how often we visit.

What you pay

A flat price per visit, agreed before we come out. We do not bill by the hour and we do not add fees afterward.

What you sign

Nothing. Skip a visit, change your cadence, or stop entirely — there is no contract and no cancellation fee.

Limits

What we don't do

Every cleaning company has limits. Most of them let you find out on the day. Here are ours in advance, before you have paid anyone anything.

See what the add-ons cost →
  • Inside the fridge or oven — available as an add-on
  • Exterior windows, or anything requiring a ladder above two steps
  • Laundry beyond changing sheets — available as an add-on
  • Dishes left in the sink, though we will run a started dishwasher
  • Moving furniture heavier than a dining chair
  • Homes with active pest infestations or biohazards

Questions

Recurring house cleaning questions

Do I get the same cleaner every time?

Yes. That is the whole point. If your cleaner is sick or on vacation we will tell you in advance and either reschedule or send someone with your notes in hand — your call.

How often should I book?

Every two weeks suits most households and is our most common schedule. Weekly makes sense with young kids or pets. Monthly works if you tidy regularly and want a reset.

Do I need a deep clean first?

Usually, if the home has not been professionally cleaned in six months or more. We will tell you honestly after the first visit rather than requiring it up front.

What if I need to skip a week?

Tell us before your window and skip it. No fee, no contract, nothing to cancel.
