Pricing
Every rate, published.
No in-home sales visit and no number that moves after you commit. Answer four questions and the price is on your screen — the same one we would say out loud.
Flat price for the whole job, not an hourly rate, so a slow day costs us and not you.
The rate card
Every size we price by machine, printed. These are the same figures the calculator uses — it reads this card rather than a second, quieter one.
| Service | 1 bed | 2 bed | 3 bed | 4 bed | 5 bed | 6 bed | 7+ bed |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Standard clean | $129 | $159 | $199 | $239 | $279 | $319 | Quoted by hand |
| Deep clean | $229 | $279 | $329 | $384 | $439 | $494 | Quoted by hand |
| Move-in / move-out | $249 | $299 | $359 | $419 | $479 | $539 | Quoted by hand |
| Apartment / condo | $109 | $139 | — | — | — | — | — |
Per visit, one-time rate. Each column assumes one full bath in a one-bedroom and two in anything larger; half baths are cleaned at no charge. Recurring visits come off these figures. A 7-bedroom home gets a real number too — it just gets it from a person, because guessing at that size is how a quote turns into a renegotiation.
If your home is bigger than the column
| Service | Each extra full bath | Each bedroom past three |
|---|---|---|
| Standard clean | +$20 | +$40 |
| Deep clean | +$30 | +$55 |
| Move-in / move-out | +$35 | +$60 |
What recurring actually saves you.
A home we clean every two weeks takes less time than one we see once, so the price reflects it. Here is that in dollars rather than percentages.
Figures below are for a standard clean, 3 bed · 2 bath — the home set in the calculator above. Change it there and this changes with it.
| How often | Per visit | You save | A year of visits |
|---|---|---|---|
| one timeone visit | $199 | — | — |
| monthly12 visits a year | $179 | save $20 | $2,168 |
| every 2 weeks26 visits a year | $169 | save $30 | $4,424 |
| weekly52 visits a year | $159 | save $40 | $8,308 |
The same discounts apply to a home this size, and to whichever clean you choose. We put a number on the visit by hand first, then the discount comes off that number.
A year of visits counts the first visit at the one-time rate, because the discount starts at visit two. Add-ons cost the same whatever your frequency. Nothing here is a contract — skip a visit or stop entirely, no fee.
Add-ons
Add any of these to any visit. They are in the calculator above, so they are in your price before you book rather than on an invoice afterwards. Add-on prices do not change with your frequency.
A move-in / move-out clean already includes the inside of the fridge and the oven, so we do not charge for them again.
What's included
Every standard visit.
- Kitchen: counters, sink, stovetop, outside of appliances, floor
- Bathrooms: tub or shower, toilet, sink, mirror, floor
- All rooms: dusted surfaces, wiped switches and handles, vacuum and mop
- Beds made, and sheets changed if you leave fresh ones out
- Trash emptied and bags replaced
- All supplies and equipment brought by your cleaner
What it does not cover
Said now, not discovered later.
A list like this belongs on the pricing page, not in a paragraph you find after the invoice. If something here matters to you, tell us and we will price it properly.
- Inside the fridge, oven, or cabinets — available as add-ons
- Exterior windows, garages, and basements
- Walls, ceilings, and light-fixture interiors
- Pet waste, mold remediation, and biohazards
- Moving furniture heavier than a dining chair
Before you book
How the price behaves after you book.
Why a flat price instead of an hourly rate?
An hourly rate makes a slow day your problem. We quote the job, so the number you agree to is the number you pay whether your cleaner finishes early or stays late. It also means nobody is watching a clock instead of the baseboards.
What if my home is worse than I described it?
We tell you, and we agree a new price before anything starts — never a bill that grew after the fact. If the new number does not work for you, we clean what the original price covers or come back another day. Nothing is charged that you did not say yes to first.
Is the quote the final price?
Yes, as long as the home matches the answers you gave. The price moves only if the home does, and only before we begin. There is no travel fee, no supply fee, and no charge for pets.
Do I have to talk to someone to get a number?
No. The calculator above is the same engine that prices your quote, so the figure you see here is the figure we send. A person confirms it and books you in, not to renegotiate it.
