What we collect

When you submit the quote form we collect your name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, ZIP code, and the details you give us about your home — bedrooms, bathrooms, approximate size, service type, frequency, add-ons, timing, and any notes you write.

We also record how you arrived: the page you landed on, the referring website, and any campaign parameters in the link. This tells us which marketing is working. It is not tied to any advertising network.

What we do with it

We use it to quote your job, schedule it, and contact you about it. We text and email ourselves when a request comes in so we can respond quickly, and we send you a confirmation. That is the whole purpose.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with other cleaning companies, and we do not pass it to lead brokers.

Who else touches it

Your submission is stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare. We use Resend to send email and Twilio to send text messages, so those providers process your email address and phone number in order to deliver those messages. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form was submitted by a person rather than a bot, and Google Analytics measures how the site is used — see the analytics section below.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site — which pages they read, which suburb they came looking for, and whether the quote form worked for them. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google information about your visit, including your approximate location and the pages you view.

When you submit the quote form we also record the price you were quoted, so we can see which parts of our marketing bring in the work we can actually do. That figure is not tied to your name, phone number, or email inside Google Analytics — those go only to the database and the inbox described above.

We do not run advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or any tracking that follows you to other websites. If you would rather not be measured at all, browser "do not track" settings, an ad blocker, or Google's ownopt-out add-on will all stop it.

Separately, the quote form saves your progress in your own browser's local storage so a refresh does not lose your answers. That never leaves your device and is cleared when you submit.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as we are doing business together, and afterwards for as long as we need them for tax and accounting purposes. Ask us to delete your information and we will, except where we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link — messages about a job you have booked are not marketing and will keep coming until the job is done.

Children

This site is meant for adults booking cleaning services. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
